The Sea Spirits is a large circle of over 20 girls from Newport Beach and Costa Mesa representing Mariner’s Elementary, Kaiser, Woodland and Newport Christian schools. We have a mix of Adventure Guides veterans who have been doing the program for years, and new dads, with daughters spanning K-5. We are laid-back and accepting, and balance structured dad/daughter time with unstructured time for daughters to roam together in safe wilderness spaces. 

In addition to expedition-wide campouts, we meet monthly for a circle dinner and an activity (rock climbing, skateboard lessons, holiday lights walk) so the girls have a continued opportunity to bond in various settings.
